Local Data (Default): Most workout history, settings, and progress are stored directly on your device.

Account & Leaderboards (Future / Opt-In): If you choose to join leaderboards or social features, we may collect your username, workout performance, and progress data.

Analytics: We may collect limited usage data (e.g., app screens visited, workout completion rates, crash reports) through third-party tools such as RevenueCat, PostHog, or Matomo. This helps us improve the App.

Affiliate Links: If you click links in the App that lead to third-party products or websites (e.g., fitness equipment, supplements), those sites may collect their own data. Please review their policies.

Social Sharing: If you choose to share workouts on social media, the information you share will be subject to the privacy policy of the chosen platform.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the App experience.

Axis Fit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.

Axis Fit is not a medical service. Always consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program. Use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that arise from use.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

  • Axis Fit may offer free and premium features.
  • Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed securely through Apple/Google with RevenueCat.
  • All purchases are subject to the respective App Store's terms, including refund policies.

4. User Content

  • You may share workout results or achievements through social media integrations.
  • By using share features, you grant us permission to format and transmit your content to the chosen platform.
  • You remain responsible for any information you choose to share.

5. Leaderboards & Community (Future Features)

  • Participation in leaderboards or community features is optional.
  • By opting in, you consent to your username and workout data being shared with other users.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Axis Fit, its trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Axis Fit LLC.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Axis Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
